Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Gropick?
Any customer can see and add the products in the cart without registration but after that customer have to register for placing the order smoothly.
Can I have multiple registrations?
Each email address and contact phones number can only be associated with one Gropick account.
Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?
No, you can add only one delivery address. However, you can change or update existing address by new address anytime.
What is My Account?
In this section, Customers can check their all the orders, history, active orders, address, wallet etc.
How can I reset my password?
Customers can reset their password by clicking the lost password menu following by edit password.
What are the modes of payment?
There are two kinds of modes COD and prepaid payment modes. Customers can place order their orders via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Wallets, UPI etc as an prepaid order otherwise customers can make the postpaid payment via COD, cash on delivery on the time of delivery the orders at their doorstep.
Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Gropick?

What is the meaning of cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

What is Gropick Wallet?
The Gropick Wallet is a pre-paid credit account that is associated with your Gropick account. This prepaid account allows you to pay a lump sum amount once to Gropick and then shop multiple times without having to pay each time.
When will I receive my order?
There are two ways of delivery the products as per customers’ requirement.
If customers want their orders on instant basis then we deliver the orders to the customers. Otherwise, we use the slot system on daily basis. As per customers’ requirement, we deliver the orders on slot wise.
How are the fruits and vegetables packaged?
Fresh fruits and vegetables are packed in reusable bags. We ensure hygiene of the products.
